Name: Adam Goh
My love for health and fitness started when I was young. I have always been a physical, sporty and competitive person that loves to try new things. I have encountered my fair share of injuries growing up, which in fact played a big part in me wanting to go to university to study Sports and Rehabilitation Therapy. Once I graduated, I went on to get my Personal Training qualification to complement my patient rehabilitation sessions, but I quickly fell in love with that profession too!
I enjoy a challenge and seeing people succeed, by hitting their set, personal goals. Working out does not always have to be a chore. I like to encourage my clients to learn to build a healthy relationship with training. This in turn leads to greater results. Exercise is not only essential for our phsyical body, but it has a huge impact on our mental health too.
Everyone has their own personal reasons to get fit and healthy. Some may want a new hobby, some may want to change their physical appearance and some may simply want to get control back of their health. We all have our own barriers & limitations in life, but that does not mean we cannot achieve.
My aim is to safety guide you through your very own fitness journey, helping you overcome any physical obstacles that may get in your way and ultimately, see you achieve, succeed and develop.
I currently work as a rehabilitation therapist alongside a private Physiotherapist and I also work as a freelance Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist. I am based in North West London and also work out of a fitness clinic in Ealing.
