Staying fit and healthy at home


The outbreak of Covid-19 has changed the way we go about our everyday lives. Our known norm for going out with friends, going to work and going to the gym have all changed! As we begin to alter our daily routines to stay sae and limited the spread of the virus, I thought I would five you an update on how you can continue training and stay fit. 

What are your options?

Gyms and fitness clinics have now reopened and have been given new layouts to ensure everyone is as safe as possible. I am aware that many still do not feel comfortable returning to the gym and / or many have realised they do not necessarily need the gym as they have been hitting their goals at home. ​Below are the options I have available to you:

In person 1 on 1/ group training:

I am back to offering outdoor training for clients in open spaces such as parks or gardens (if you have a side gate). 

Options available to you are:

1. 1 on 1 training sessions. Just me, you, my equipment and your workout.

2. Partner sessions. Ideally from the same household for equipment purposes 

3. Socially distanced group sessions / boot camp style training in a park.

All the in person sessions allow you to use my range equipment. There are now extra safety protocols involved to keep both yourself and myself as safe as possible. A 1 to 2m distance will be kept at all times, all my equipment is thoroughly cleaned before and after every session, I am more than happy to wear a mask upon client's request and all clients must bring their own yoga mats. 

Online training sessions:

I also run online personal training sessions. These are done on either FaceTime or Zoom and last between 45 minutes to 60 minutes. They are done in the comfort of your home and sessions can be created around the equipment you have available, if any.

Options available to you are:

1. 1 on 1 virtual training = Perfect for bespoke training and hitting your goals 

2. Partner / group sessions = Great if you want to get friends or family involved. 

3. Online fitness classes = This option is subscription based as runs through an app created by Pinnacle Fitness and Health. We offer two types of subscriptions, one for £20 a month and one for £60. Both have incredible perks for the prices and offers you a create deal. For more information about those, please give me an email.

All initial online consultations are free of charge and last 30 minutes.
