Personal Training

As a Personal Trainer, I use my professionalism, Sports Therapy background and passion to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals. My current clientele varies between general health development to professional athletes. Is a Personal Trainer for you?  The benefits you receive from having a trainer are as follows: You receive a full body assessment in order to create the most appropriate training programme for you and your body, you receive nutritional guidance in order to reach your goal, you have easy access support if you are lacking motivation, you have dedicated time to your training sessions, you get educated on training and your body throughout the process in order to help develop your confidence within the gym, and most of all, you learn to have fun doing it!

In addition, I offer a complementary induction / consultation for 30 - 45 minutes. This can be done either in person or on zoom
