Within the month of May, I am challenge individuals to complete either 800 or 2,000 press ups and squats within the month. This has been broken down into 4 days to exercise, 2 to rest / run or walk and one day to completely relax.
The purpose of the challenge is to get everyone moving, build and develop upper and lower body strength, stimulate the mind and body whilst stuck in lockdown and maybe even learn a new training skill!
