
Wanting to lose weight?
Your weight loss journey with me will involve the following:

1. We start off with a consultation and fitness test. This helps me get an understanding of your current fitness level and history of training, injuries and nutrition
​
2. You will then receive your very own, personal training programme with tips on how to stay motivated and injury free and the importance of nutrition, with guidance by myself
​
3. You will then begin to workout and have some fun! The sessions will challenge your body work, but I always like to focus on making them as fun as possible
​
4. I will continue to monitor your progress weekly, adapting your programme where needed
​
5. We will continue to hit goals together!
​
All sessions are either in the comfort of your own home, outdoors in a park / open space or within a private gym in Ealing.
